Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR 2016/679”), which contains provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.

Data controller

The Data Controller is Mr. Luciano Careddu, domiciled for this purpose in Montemezzo (CO), Via Burano 28.

Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide is necessary for compliance with legal requirements, for marketing activities, to provide information about the availability of accommodation and related events in the area.

Treatment and conservation

The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Articles 33-36 of the Code) regarding security measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of GDPR 2016/679.
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of GDPR 2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this policy, your personal data will be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and processed.

Communication and dissemination

We also inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed or shared without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants, or other parties for compliance with legal obligations.

Transfer of personal data

Your data will not be transferred to European Union member states or to third countries outside the European Union.

Special categories

Pursuant to Articles 26 and 27 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, you may provide the data controller with data that qualifies as “special categories of personal data,” meaning data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.” These categories of data may be processed only with your free and explicit consent, provided in writing at the bottom of this notice.

Automatic processes and profiling

The data controller does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, pursuant to Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Rights of the interested party

At any time, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you may exercise the right to:

  1. ask for confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you exists;
  2. obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the retention period;
  3. obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
  4. obtain restriction of processing;
  5. obtain data portability, i.e. receive data from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
  6. object to the processing at any time, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
  7. object to automated individual decision-making, including profiling;
  8. ask the data controller for access to personal data and to rectify or erase them or limit their processing or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
  9. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;
  10. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
