Booking and stay rules

Useful information for using the site and managing reservations

Object of the service

This website allows users to consult information and book stays at the “La Poulerie” and “Die Weinrose” accommodations.
The website allows users to make online reservations and, where applicable, pay for their stay.

Reservations

Reservations can be made directly through the online system available on the website.
The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information entered (dates, number of guests, contact information, etc.) before confirming the reservation.
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email.

Prices and payments

The prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include everything specified in the property description.
Payment can be made:

online using the methods available on the site;
according to any alternative methods indicated during the booking process.

The manager reserves the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed reservations will remain at the agreed price.

Cancellation policies

In case of cancellation, any refund will be made according to the established methods:

Full refund at least 14 days before check-in
Partial refund between 7 and 14 days before check-in
No refunds within 7 days of check-in

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are indicated in the booking confirmation or property information.
Upon check-in, guests are required, in accordance with current regulations, to present a valid ID for registration.
Any special requests must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to availability.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax, introduced by the Municipality on January 1, 2024, is €1.00/night per guest (for a maximum of 5 nights) and must be paid upon arrival. Children under 12 are exempt.
The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Use of facilities

Guests undertake to use the “La Poulerie” and “Die Weinrose” facilities with the utmost care and in compliance with the rules of civil coexistence.

It is prohibited:

cause damage to the furnishings or structure;
disturb other guests or the neighborhood;
use the structure for purposes other than residential.

Any damages will be charged to the responsible guest.

Number of guests

The number of guests staying at the property cannot exceed the number indicated on the reservation.
Any additional guests must be notified and authorized in advance.

Responsibility

The manager is not responsible for:

loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal property;
service interruptions due to force majeure (as natural events, technical failures, interruptions of public services).

Processing of personal data

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, as described in the site’s Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
