Starting from even the smallest gestures

Attention to the environment

We believe that hospitality can and should go hand in hand with respect for the environment. That’s why we strive every day to reduce our impact through conscious choices: from the use of renewable energy to water-saving systems, from reducing plastic to using highly efficient appliances.

Even small gestures and daily precautions can make a difference, helping make every stay more sustainable.

Energy saving and photovoltaic

Photovoltaic System

The electricity used in the structure is partly produced by a photovoltaic system, which exploits the sun provided by its sunny location.

Energy efficiency

The appliances were chosen with a focus on high energy efficiency models, to reduce consumption and environmental impact in the long term.

Low consumption

Throughout the house, as well as for the lighting of the outdoor areas, only the latest generation LED bulbs are used to reduce consumption.

Recovery and Reuse

Rainwater recovery

Rainwater is collected and reused for certain activities such as irrigation, helping to reduce drinking water consumption.

Reduction of water consumption

The taps are equipped with flow reducers to limit water consumption without compromising comfort, encouraging more responsible use.

Reducing plastic use

We try to limit the use of single-use plastic by favoring reusable materials, refillable solutions, and generally more sustainable alternatives.

Recycling and Bio

Separate waste collection

Inside the house, there are signs and dedicated containers to facilitate waste separation, allowing guests to easily contribute to proper waste management.

Organic products for cleaning and hygiene

The cleaning products and those provided to guests for personal hygiene are all organic and have a low environmental impact, more gentle on health and the environment.

We are confident that all our guests will appreciate our efforts to protect the environment, even in our own small way.

Healthy and conscious choice

By eliminating plastic bottles, we’ve reduced waste production by approximately 780 plastic bottles per year.
We’re always looking for ways to reduce our waste and transportation pollution.
