Our stay with Luciano was perfect; we had a great time. The house is new and very functional, and exactly as pictured. The location is a beautiful and very peaceful village, with a spectacular view. Luciano was very kind, providing us with all the information we needed and being available for any questions we had. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and all the necessary appliances.
It was like being at home!!
We will definitely be back and I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few peaceful days.

We stayed in the cottage for a week. It’s clean and modern, with a fantastic kitchen and a lovely balcony. Beautiful views. A good area for cycling. The Mortirolo and Gavia mountains are easily accessible, as are the beautiful nearby villages. Luciano and Christian are very friendly hosts. Discreet and aloof, but close and available when needed. They have great recommendations for local restaurants (Spluga Pizzeria!). The bottle of wine and cake upon arrival were much appreciated.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was charming, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal: whether you want to relax in nature or explore the area, it’s simply perfect. Lake Como is a beauty!
